Best they'd do is 'nip' the kid's account(s). Doubtful they have an email address to forward death threats to law enforcement. (Can you imagine an internet liason officer's mailbox size?) I spotted "do 'this' or I'll kill you in your bed". That's enough to call the local law and file a report of terrorist threat. Your other option would be to go clandestine, back track the kid through personal networking using contacts you know, and have a lawyer serve the parents or person other than a parent the child is residing with. It's not a latch-key child with a single parent that's doing this...it's a child who's doing it while the parent or caregiver is home.
