Something fishy going on here. There is no restriction on entrants for the weekly or grand prize (bar normal ‘no employees’ etc..).
Absolutely true….honest….anyone can enter. Try it with an email that isn’t a FMB member and see.

@S13: the idea is for lastminute to promote the great competition they are currently running – however the trip to Tuscany can only be won by a Fuelmyblog user, fact. Everyone who voted or entered will automatically be put forward for the grand competition so you are correct when you say that anyone can enter with any email address…thumbs up!
