For Fuelmyblog, I’ve written the old ‘Tips for Parents’ feature and I’ve written the ‘Just Fraccing Around’ feature. Today though, the first FMB post I’ve written in a while, I’m asking members to make time to come back to the voting side of Fuelmyblog, and after having been at or near the top of the leaderboard since the snorgtees competition, I’ve decided to ask you all not to vote for me anymore.
I think the leaderboard needs to see some new faces (or lips, shoes, bottoms or whatever you use on your avatar) on the top of that list, and so you all must vote for each other with a new energy… to see who comes out on top.
Just make sure it’s not me.
I thank you for your votes this past while… and have loved the extra little thrill it was to be on the top of the board (after all, someone has to keep certain old gits in their place) but would love for someone else to have that thrill now.
Oh, I’m not going away… you can’t be rid of me that easily! I’ve always believed in Kevin and Sylvie and their plans for FMB. It’s a wonderful community and they truly are fractastic folks, so I’m going to write more often and will help Kevin and Sylvie out in other ways.
If you want to be on the top of that list, you’re going to have to be aware… there are some pretty crafty members here> There are members who will taunt, bribe and tease to get votes… members who will post naughty photos and engage in all kinds of nonsense in order to win votes, and members who will stop at almost nothing to get to the top.
Oh, right. That was me.
Well, nevermind who it was… the schemes, the creativity and the introducing yourself to other members means that getting there can be part of the fun. I can attest that. It most certainly was fun!
It will also result in new blog traffic for you… so what are you still doing here, reading my post?
Head over to the members lists, check out each category, and find someone new to vote for today. Chances are… they’ll vote back and you’ll not only have a vote, you’ll have another new reader for your blog!

Yes voting has been down a bit recently .. I really have to write a note to myself to visit more blogs, comment and fuel but having internet connection from hel for the past 6 weeks it has not been easy

I’d love to see a big ole good-natured battle again, like during that snorgtees things. It was fun and that’s how I met so many people. I really want you all to get busy trying to best each other to keep the top spot… and I want lesser known members to know they have a chance too!
