    1. Turkey.. and a ham. Most Canadians have a turkey and a ham for the meal. Ukranian Canadians must also have cabbage rolls and homemade perogies on their table.
    2. No crackers. I know what they are but we just say no to crackers here. (and online too… that’s a good policy, just say no to crackers)
    3. Again… no crackers. How about I tell a joke from the fraccy blog instead?\
    4. Champagne if I must choosing from the two listed.
    5. Dessert is usually a tray of assorted sweets. Shortbread, gingerbread, good chocolates, fruitcake (yes, I loves it), fudgey type squares, etc. I make mince tarts but they’re not usually the ‘hit’ of the dessert tray.

    1. Usually Turkey and Ham. I’m really considering Goose this year, having never had it and it actually part of my ancestral heritage. (They actually named a Causeway after me in the UK)
    2. We wear ‘Santa’ hats at times, but Christmas Crackers aren’t typical US fare. They sound fun though, and something I’d like to try next year.
    3. IF…I had one, it’d be seeing DP pulled from a cracker.
    4. Mulled wine by preference when possible, or mulled warm cider.
    5. Minced meat pie or the usual fruit cake, home made preferably.
