Spotted in La Rochelle, the one and only Bill Blunt! It was with great pleasure that we managed to catch up with him, it was also the first time we met the man behind Bill Blunt and Harry Mc Fry Investigates

An early adopter of Fuelmyblog and a contributing writer on this blog you may remember Wordful Wednesday.

Unfortunately due to limited internet access his contribution came to an end…the good news is that he may be getting full internet access again soon and when I begged asked him to come back to contributing on the FMB blog, he did not say no!

It was great meeting the real person behind Harry and Bill, he looked younger and had more hair than I expected (don’t ask me why) and totally mirrored the “aura” emanating from his blogs.

Charismatic, funny and sooo very British with a hint of mystery …all the key ingredients to Bill Blunt and Harry Mc Fry Investigates. If you have not met these two blogs I would urge you to head over there now ;)

Next month we are hoping to trace the controversial Daddy P wish us luck!

    Yay another person I have met!
    Its almost like I am stalking all the folks from Fuel My Blog……

    I trust he didn’t fall over any blind people when you met up with him?

    Claire: I think a Manchester meet up is in on order :)

    DP: not too sure heavy make-up if you ask me, don’t worry when we trace you down I shall be wearing my box…now I know how to make one…

  5. Claire (59 comments) says:

    I would definitely come out to play if you do a Manchester meet up :)

  6. Daddy Papersurfer (1727 comments) says:

    Where’s Manchester?

  7. 70steen (758 comments) says:

    A Manchester or Liverpool meet is a must, must, must ..
    DP .. Bill suffers from the same visual disruption as me .. it is a Norvern thing you know.. and Manchester is oop Norff.. do you have a passie portie for such a meeting??

    Oh if you want someone to pin the blame on blogworld being introduced to 70s .. then he is alive and well and sculking around France just now ;-)

    I always thought they were DP. I think they’re the World Blog Council. After finding out Fracas was the mother of my child, I figured anything was possible and just kept my mouth shut.

    @JohnC

    And therefore let your fingers do the talking for you :-)

    @DP

    Alter your box with the Karadzic disguise, since they found him, nobody is looking for him anymore, so you will be safer than ever (Just don’t visit Den Hague…)

    @Linky Love: Is this the part where you want me to moan or something? :)

  11. Olga, the Traveling Bra (141 comments) says:

    I had the pleasure of meeting Bill in Liverpool with Claire & 70’s! Quite the gentleman too…didn’t put me on his head OR wear me like a toolbelt. :)

  12. Linky Love (115 comments) says:

    @JohnC

    Or something will be much more appreciated ;-)

  13. sylvied (408 comments) says:

    @Olga, the Traveling Bra: I wonder WHO would do that?

  14. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    I’d wear her like a G-string, and blog about it. (Can’t believe nobody’s done that, yet)

    @Linky Love: Something like what, LLer? Details, details please.

  15. 70steen (758 comments) says:

    @Olga, the Traveling Bra: I guess you won’t be staying at Johns then *snigger*

  16. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    ….the air is THICK with envy!!! Muhahahahaha…and HA!

  17. renalfailure (33 comments) says:

    StalkMyBlog?

    So when do you attempt to find me?

  18. Claire (59 comments) says:

    @johnc can you be sure no one has done that yet? :)

  19. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    @Claire: Probably Gertrude. Probably in DP’s private collection. Probably…geez, graphic image! Llama LOVE!

  20. fracas (542 comments) says:

    OMG – People… with Olga in transit to the fraccy home, PLEASE STOP talking about whether or not she’s been used as a G-string. I’d hate to have to leave her in the envelope the whole time here. GEE WHIZ.

    Oh, and John… just because you were thinking of me when you conceived that (blog)child, doesn’t mean I am the mother. I’d have thought by now you’d know the birds and the bees of internet blogcreation a bit better. A claim for (blog)child support would never fly with only your thoughts to go on. Perhaps we should try locate the real mother? Or maybe yer too chicken… seeing as how you’ll have to admit you were thinking of me when it happened.

    OY.

    @JohnC

    Something original like your last quote:

    LL ama LOVE,

    which I am sure is your overartistic interpretation of LL ama LINKY …

  22. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    points at fracas: <–Believes JohnC’s mind is overtaken by her conceptual denials of the conception. (I don’t believe her, he’s still hers)

    @Linky Love: Are you wanting me to do something naughty…or something? You need to remember, I’m addled. (I wonder if addled can come across virtually as sexy for guys to pull off, cool if it could.)

  23. Daddy Papersurfer (1727 comments) says:

    Gertrude is a gentleman!!! …… apart from pooing everywhere ……….

  24. Linky Love (115 comments) says:

    @JohnC

    The whole FMB blog is watching your naughty something…

    Addled for sure is more charming than “dunno” :-)

  25. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    You haven’t seen my ‘dunno’. :)

    If someone asked you what exactly it looked like, you’d describe it perfectly!

    “I dunno!”

  26. Linky Love (115 comments) says:

    @JohnC

    Maybe DaddyP can droodle an artistic interpretation of your dunno…

  27. Daddy Papersurfer (1727 comments) says:

  28. Bill Blunt (20 comments) says:

    Great to meet Kevin and Sylvie the other day! Sylvie is a WONDERFUL photographer – as we know. She’s taken twenty years off me!

  29. JohnC (316 comments) says:

    …that’s not funny, DP.

  30. fracas (542 comments) says:

    @ Linky – The whole FMB blog is watching your naughty something…

    What? What did I miss? I’m pretty sure (hoping that is) that he hasn’t had his hands on Olga to use as a G-string yet…seeing as how she’ll be here any day now.

    Then again… I’m not sure I want to know lest he take that as some reason to profess another blogchild.
